Nautica Residences Fremantle

The place had a great stay, thanks to the helpful staff and the spacious, new room with a balcony, WiFi, and a dryer.

The deluxe room was new-fashioned, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The accommodation had a central location opposite the coffee shop up the stairs. Plus, it was close enough to nearby restaurants, Mandurah and port.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Reasonably clean place with PLEASANT views and marvellous location near supermarket. Location close to the restaurant, the beach and the centre of Fremantle. Delightful stay on a weekend again.

The location was fantastic, within a quick walk to riverside cafes and pubs, the service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and our accommodation had a lovely balcony.

The place was immaculately clean, reasonably priced, with a fantastic location by the river, port, and close to the city center.

The rooms here are very clean and have a cozy bed, making it feel like home, plus they have convenient amenities such as a microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridge.

The accommodation is centrally located and has all the amenities you might require, with friendly and courteous staff.

Upscale apartments with modern amenities and beautiful decor. Great location near bars, cafes, and the Swan River. Friendly staff and easy check-in/check-out.

Mickey Mouse check-in. Limited complimentary coffee pods and uncomfortable balcony furniture.

Minimal Complimentary Pods: One minor issue experienced during the stay was the absence of even 2 complimentary pods for the coffee machine.

Cozy, well-equipped studio with perfect location near downtown. Quiet and private accommodations, spacious with a clean and neat kitchen. Laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, and detergent provided. Comfortable sofa for lounging. Supermarket, pharmacy, and yoga/pilates studios nearby. Indoor parking felt safe. General waste bin at doorstep was a nice touch. Extremely organized check-in process with detailed instructions and map. Coffee shop, grocery store, and rooftop bar within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of parking and lift access. Comfy bed and friendly staff. Good location.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room was really nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The staff at Nautica Residences were friendly and easy to deal with.

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.
